When applying aliphatic polyurethane paint, the following points should be noted:
1. Aliphatic polyurethane paint is divided into two components (Component A and Component B). Before application, first mix Component A thoroughly, then pour in Component B according to the mixing ratio and stir again until uniform. It is recommended to mix only as much as needed, and the mixed paint should be used within the applicable time.
2. Tools used during application should be kept dry and clean. The substrate should be clean, free of moisture, acids, and alkalis.
3. Contact with water, acids, alkalis, alcohols, etc., is strictly prohibited during paint mixing and application. Component B reacts easily with water, alcohols, etc.
4. The relative humidity during application and drying/curing should not exceed 75%, otherwise, it may cause severe blistering of the film.
